how can I find out the SW version of my TV?

I have an Apple TV connected to my BV7 via SPDIF - I use it to listen to music from iTunes - is there a way to distribute the sound to other rooms via BeoLink without an analogue connection from the AppleTV to the BV7?

BUMP - has anyone found a solution my problem - how to get digital audio from an AppleTV to an Avant 32 DVD?

Good news - I upgraded the PS3 to 2.42 and changed all settings to those recommended here and now it works again. Does anyone know how to get an AppleTV to pass sound to an Avant via the optical output?

HELP. Audio problems. My PS3 used to work fine with my Avant 32 - PS3 optical out to SPDIF to Avant. After a software update on the PS3 I not longer have any sound. Please can you tell me how to fix this.
