Thanks for the reply Peter. I think the smaller pair are beolab 2500's. They were purchased with the beosound 2500, and beolab 6000 about 10-12 years ago. There is no model number on them. What I was thinking of doing is buying a pre-amp/processor (maybe NAD, emotiva, or outlaw audio) and using the beosound cd/cassette/tuner and purchasing a DVD

Hello all, My Father-in law recently gave me great gift. Pair of Beolab 6000 speakers Beosound 2500 CD, Tuner cassette player Beomaster a/v 7000 controller and a pair of smaller B&O speakers. I am pretty new to A/V and trying to figure out how to hook this up. The father-in law was is not knowledgeable and the set up was disconnected for a while
