thank you so much! i now have output!! one last small question, when the pc gets past bios i get an odd output full of lines, this then resolves itself when the OS boots up, this makes it very hard to navigate live cd's is there any way of fixing this? Cheers

There is no PC option, even when it is plugged in an turned on, it does not appear on the "list" on the remote control screen

there is no VGA active/inactive option, audio and IR sockets are the only other options
