Thanks for your reply Peter, The system I am connecting it to is in a wooden frame and is double insulated so I was a bit nervous about just connecting it to anything, found a screw which attachs directly through to the chassis though so should work fine. thanks again Al

Hi, I have recently bought a Beogram 3000 from ebay complete with a convertor cable from DIN to phono jacks with seperate earth lead. My problem is I do not have a seperates amp to connect this too and therefore no earthing terminal. Is there any other way of earthing the turntable? I was informed by the seller that this earth lead is a must.
