Hi Craig, Thanks for comments. I tried them first but when I gave them the serial nos etc they said that they couldn't get the bits and there was no real point in their engineer coming out to look at it. Ed

Thanks for your thoughts but as far as I know it can't be programmed and it's never happened before inthe 20 years I've owned it. I would call it a day but it's like a piece of furniture all screwed to the wall and I am loath to give up on it. Thanks anyway

Many thanks for your help. Looks like I shall have to take it all off the wall and maybe take a trip. I was hoping that if someone could see the problem in situe they might have a better idea of what to do. I will try the guy you suggested. Thanks

When my system has been switched on for more than 15 minutes, whatever it is doing, i.e. playing a CD, the system reverts to program 3 radio setting. If I switch it off it switches itself back on to progam 3 again. The only thing I can do is to remove the plug. My local dealer says they haven't got parts and it is not worth lookig at. Can anybody
