My BeoSound 3000 is back home after 3 weeks at the local B&O repair centre, and all is well. They replaced the CD mechanism; I don't know what exactly. Well I took it into my local B&O store yesterday and the friendly salesman plugged it in and it misbehaved for him too. One thing that had escaped my notice is that, before it halted with the LOAD CD message, the CD was actually spinning backwards! Peter
