Its o.k bro, your not alone. My first video game was a Sears pong game, Then soon followed commodor vic-20 with asteriods. All I do to keep up with current technology, keep buying the new stuff. Thanks for the speedy reply. You guys are dead right. My electronic skills are quite limited. All I did was raised and lower the tone arm with the the control panel several times . Its 98% better. I do detect a hum from the unit at higher volume levels. Unfortunately we don't have a Bang dealer in Ottawa anymore, but we do have a few ex bang techs

I finally hooked up my 4004 after moving a few years ago. the problem I'm having is that tone arm doesn't pick at the end of LP when it should. The needle stays down and the arm go back to the start. It drags the needle for about 1cm before it picks up. Is this a simple adjustment? cheers
