  • Couple of Questions (BeoSystem3 / BeoLab2)

Hi All, Just got a couple of questions that someone may be able to help with...... 1. Can you connect a BeoSystem3 to a a BV7-32? I have an BV7-32 with HDMI, but want to connect more than two HD sources to it. I know I could use the Gefen switcher but I also would like to hide away all my sources and minimise the wires coming from the TV. 2. Has anyone

Does that mean it would work with Apple airtunes?

  • BV7-32 Mk1 & Mk4

After much deliberation it looks like I'm replacing my BV3-32 for a BV7-32. Try as I might the space we have for a TV doesn't really fit a Bv7-40 or my preferred choice the new BV10-40 and SWMBO does not like the deign of the BV8, so a BV7-32 it has to be. What I now need is some advice on from you learned people on the BV7-32.... I pretty much

  • Re: BV10-40

Thanks Cal, that's helpful. I don't think it includes the cable pack, but I'm not too worried about that. It does include a remote but only a beo4 though rather than a 5. Still looks like this could be a good saving as its as good as new. I could be tempted. I have also found a 2nd hand Bv7-40 mk3 with motor stand and BL7.4 which also looks

  • BV10-40

Hi To save me contacting a dealer does anyone know what the retail price is in the UK for a BV10-40. I'm looking at an 'as new' one < 1 day use, with motor stand and beo4 for GBP 5,800. Not sure what if any discount this is on dealer price? Thanks, Chris.

  • Re: Apple TV to BV3-32"

I see you have a solution now but for what its worth and for anyone else who is interested - I've used this box as a converter to RGB Scart for my AppleTV connected to my BV3-32 and it works perfectly. http://www.js-technology.com/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=52&osCsid=c2795175d2d4e7588356ac92ac18e7ff Chris.

  • Re: BV7 and speaker placement

Thanks damatt for finding that and nice setup Carl. For me it would be on a floor stand, but at least I've got something to visualise now. Not sure if I like it or not at the moment but will give it some thought. Chris.

  • Re: BV7 and speaker placement

Thanks Heribert - I was thinking if I go the BL3 route that the centre speaker might be the issue, although the BV3 doesn't have one so I was thinking if I setup the BV7 to just be stereo then that should work and the acoustic lens bit of the BL3 should make the sound seem to come from the TV? If not then the BL7.4 is probably my best option for

  • BV7 and speaker placement

Hi, Please forgive the basic artwork below but thought it might help show my question a bit better..... I'm looking to replace my BV3 with a BV7. The shape of our lounge really only gives me one place for the TV in one of the alcoves next to the fireplace. Said alcove will fit a BV7-32 with BL7.1 I would prefer to buy a BV7-40 but the BL7.2 to go
