Thanks for the pointer. Tried a different board and it works fine, so the first one I tried must be faulty.

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere - I can't find it though. I have just started to upgrade the PCBs in my 3500 link speakers to SW 2.1. The speaker no longer talks to the source via ML. I can select any source - the source name illuminates but nothing else. No CD track number, no volume control. I don't get the clock either. If I play a CD

Thanks Andy and Peter, I only have 6 choices (Selector, Nokia D-Box, Nokia 9602S, Pace DTR730-IM, Philips DTX6370, Sky Digital). I need an upgrade. Who do I speak to, and (roughly) how much? Thanks all Phil

Thanks Peter. I have only just changed to Sky+ (Amstrad box I'm afraid) (and Sky HD (Thompson) in another room) as I was reluctant to stop using my old Sony decoder. Sky+ is wonderful though. How do I go about changing the firmware?

Is it possible to get a firmware (?) update for my Avant to include SKY+ as a STB option? Mine only lists Sky Digital, not Sky+ Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I've set the Avant up as a Master now, and unplugged the Link from the 9000. Not the best solution, but works.

Greetings, from what I think is my first post. Sorry if the following has been answered many times elsewhere, or in a FAQ, that I can't find but... In our house we acquired the existing Link room setup and are about to expand. Currently, in the 'main' room there is a BeoVision Avant 32 VCR serving the speakers with a Link to an Overture
