Hi, I have just bought a Beogram 7000 on eBay. The sender is keen to do what ever is needed to give it the best possible chance of arriving in one piece. I am in discussions with him regarding packing and I have advised him to remove the platter by lifting it straight up, followed by tightening the transport screws whilst the turntable is flat on a
