Thank you! Pics were perfect! Got dock to work.... and now the 7000 powers up... but only when on the dock so it looks like the rechargeable battery pack is dead.... Best place to pick up a replacement battery pack? Thanks again for all the help. Mark

I can not get the remote to respond or wake up? There are three pins on the charging base but I get no voltage measurement on any of them? Looks like a 9 volt charging system?
