As much as I know the midrange units are available, I changed all 8 on my Pentas few months ago. More or less 60CHF per unit. (went through the B&O dealer in St Gallen) I would go for this solution, but changing the surrounds is probably fine too if you are patient and have good dexterity. Current units are made by HAES and it seems they changed
