ye think im missing something basic in the setup, due to small piece of information about plugging ur laptop to the bv7 in the manual, basically it just says: put cabel from laptop to the dvi-i port, nothing else i put pc under list, but its just a black screen then, ive tried to give dvi port a source(av4) but it just has two sources, neither of them

HI guys, looking for some help. Have the beovision 7 but cant seem to get my laptop working on it, if browsed through many sites and cant find the right answers. I have a laptop with vga and s-video output, but neither seem to work when i connect them to the bv7. In the manual it says you have to connect the pc to the dvi-i port. But it still doesnt
