Hi, my Beosystem 6500 displays "no contact" on the master control panel when ever I use the remote control, I have replaced the batteries in the remote but cannot get the remote to work. all items on the system work if operated manually, is there a reset or setup configuration needed as I cannot find anything in the manual about this message
