As an insurance, I have set V Opt to 1 and when I do the Beo4 shows TV. Again, no response from the BV1. Sorry for consuming your time on this one. I was hoping it was

Hi, thanks for the support guys. I've checked the remote through a camera and its functioning. Don't worry, at this stage, nothing will insult my intelligence! Yes, it shows TV. The annoying thing is, the BV1 responded when I first switched it on but just froze when I was too quick (I think) with the Beo4. Any more thoughts? Regards, Reg.

Hi, many thanks for quick reply. Oops, I powered off for more than 15 minutes, in fact I left the power off all day! I powered up then after some time switched on from the BV1 front switch and left for some time before trying the remote again, with no joy. I didn't know about the PIN and I am sure I don't have one.
