Well, replaced batteries, but no luck. It's the same as before, get's halfway, and stops at the middle ... I guess I'll take it to be looked at. Thanks for the help. joey

Thank you Brian! I have successfully opened the compartment ... took more than a thumbnail ... I got a thin nail file in there and was able to push it out without breaking! Ah, the simple things in life ... 4 D batteries! thank you again, Joey

My master control panel is not sending out volume when I turn the wheel. I was wondering if it was the batteries, but I can't seem to open the panel on the back where it looks like they might be housed. I am afraid to force it open as I may break something. I do not have a manual. I picked up this system used over a year ago. It has been perfect
