everytning is ok, i have replaced the belts. Take up reel works as it should. Maybe it's a little bit slow on "loading" tape (when the heads is moving into the tape) Counter works. //Erik

Tadaa!! It was the trimpot!! I turned it around for a little while and now it´s working! Noise from the tape inputs in my headphones when i put a skruwdriver in the phono contacts!
