Just 24 degrees down here….and sunny. Waiting also for tomorrow's bbq. All preparations done today. Have a great time everybody!

Happy birthday Keith! All the best to you and your family!

Thank you all for your contributions. I connected it just as my original plan was. Directly to the sub socket of my BV7. Oh and this chart helped me a bit. Can't wait for my first Blu-Ray movie tonight....

I attach the page of the BL2 user manual. Maybe now it is more clear and someone knows the difference...

Hi Peter. Thanks for the reply. I was reading the BL2 manual. My initial thought is what you have said. But this manual confused me more. And yes, the pictures that accompanied the different set-ups of the BL2 were with an Avant as the TV set.

Well finally, thanks to Lee (and my savings ) a beautiful BL2 completes my surround setup of my BV7-32. I have read for a while the user manual, although i thought i knew the procedure. And this is what it says: Dolby Digital system: The system has a dedicated SUBWOOFER socket, and all speakers are connected directly to your Bang & Olufsen system

That is perfect! Let us all hope!

All these future aspects brings to my mind THIS AWSOME VIDEO . Enjoy.
The top 2 comments cracked me up
There are some very clever/funny comments on this video! One of my favorite is the ''start stocking up on WINDEX now''.
Does the refresh rate of only 50 60 Hz not give an unsmooth view?
No, not at all. I am pretty sure that newer panels, will give a nicer result, but i have crystal clear picture even on BRays.
