    MCL2P (1987)

I have BC2 and Avant with a Beolink wireless set up to a link room with BL4000's. I am wondering if I use a MCL2P (1987) to connect another wireless unit (receiver) with an IR eye connected to the wireless unit (I don't think the MCL2P has an IR eye socket) to another bedroom if it will work. Will this amp allow me to volume control a set of passive non-B&O speakers? I have an opportunity of getting this amp but don't know if it is the correct unit to achieve what I am trying to do.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Re: MCL2P (1987)

The combination of a MCL-2P and a pair (any type / mark) of passive spearkes will act completely like a pair of active speakers. So the answer is yes, wireless and eye + MCL-2P and passives, will work.
