    I don't think there are any complaints with your action.  If the above-given website is the same Peacha as the one who showed up on our forum, it's clear there should be no regrets for banning this prankster.  It's sad that there are people out there who are in such bad shape. While people like that are quite annoying and must be dealt with firmly, one can only feel pity for those who have so obviously had a less-fortunate upbringing than we.
