I'm prepared to give a full, unbiased, review when I win mine in the August prize draw!

Re: First pictures Serenata
Thanks Karel! I had it described to me about 3 months ago by someone, but thought he was being tested to see if he was a bit loose-lipped so said nothing. Turns out it's exactly as he said. Apparently the sound from it is amazing. Looking forward to seeing it in my hand! Lee

I like this better, too. I am about due to replace the phones my wife and I have now. Will this be available in the US? Roger

Re: First pictures Serenata
That's fantastic! I normally leave any proper judgement until I see it in the flesh, but that looks beautiful! I love sliding phone concepts, like my D600 (which is a very good phone in many respects). Flip phones make less sense to me.
If this thing has the same build quality and finish as the Serene, it could be a pretty formidable phone...

Picture worked ok for me Jonnie though the page was slow at loading. Looks awesome! Bet it's over £1000 The guy who made the first comment on that page has a poor opinion of us. Apparently we are all "foul smelling" Andy T.

Re: First pictures Serenata
1.4 mbps is pretty quick, very quick. In fact that's quicker than my broadband. I doubt it'll be able to reach that speed most of the time though.

Re: First pictures Serenata
Well, Gizmodo (and the Russian retailer) clearly are guessing along. Looking forward to making my first dial with the Serenata (though I would have liked it to be named something else, or is that just me?) serenata |ˌserəˈnätə| noun Music a cantata with a pastoral subject. • a simple form of suite for orchestra or wind band. ORIGIN Italian, ‘serenade’ (see serenade ).

Re: First pictures Serenata
Looks very intersting. Not that it would be any good for me. My phone has to be able to take lots of knocks and been dropped, due to my job. Craig
