I bought a pair of S45 6302 that needed the fret material replaced. After reviewing typical speaker grill material, I found some of my wife's craft fabric to be a very close match to texture, thickness, and weave. It was 28 count black linen. I was able to purchase a large enough piece of fabric through a dealer on eBay. Just wanted to share my finding for others that need to make the same repair.
