how to wire 8 pins din to a RCA connector?

    dear all

How can i wire 8 pins din [to replace the powerlink] to an RCA connector on the other end[none b&O equipment]

The reason being ,my wires are already installed in the wall.

The wire I used is just normal speaker cable,do I need  shielded cable?

Has anyone got a diagram how to sold them on the din and on the RCA?

    thank you for replying

    Welcome to Beoworld.

You will find a lot of information about wiring, options, setups... on the Beotech site:http://www.beoworld.org/beotech/wiring2.htm

What Beo do you want to replace? Beomaster (amp) or Beolab (speaker)? Powerlink cable is built for line level signals, it`s connecting preamp out (Beomaster or Beovision) and poweramp in (Beolab). It`s shielded and or speaker level signals rather thin... But maybe you can combine two pins of Powerlink for speaker speaker cable....(?)
