    Beomaster 4500 - clunking noise

I have a Beomaster 4500 and if I have to umplug from the mains for any reason, I really dread having to plug it back in as this always results in a brief but quite loud electronic 'clunk' through the speakers. It's always been like that and doesn't seem to have any adverse effect but I just wonder if this is normal. Does anyone else with one of these units experience this?

Finally, is it OK or should I be concerned (after all these years!).

    Thanks.

    Hi

I also have one of these beomaster 4500. When i tested the installation and the options in the connected rooms, i also had to separate the bm4500 from the mains a lot of times. I also experienced this clunking noise so i think it is normal with these units (not designed to separate all the time). What you can do is to diconnect the speakers before you reconnect.

I also appreciate the bm4500 for his optical and sound quality.

    Best regards

    David
