Definitely.  Silver-tipped ear pieces, and even tho he's trying to hide the case you can see enough of it to tell it's the fake one.

Are you sure? from serial number is possible understand if it's original Bang&Olufsen? Thanks

Here's what the real case looks like.  And silver-tipped ear pieces are the surest way of identifying the fakes.  They definitely appear to be silver-tipped in his listing. 

Gilbert, if you really want that peace of mind, just go get a set from your local dealer or the online store.

100% Fake, and I agree with Evan..

If they go wrong, you take them back to your dealer for a new pair.  It's just not worth trying to save such a small amount of money on eBay for these.  

Even if they were genuine, and failed after 2 months of use - you'd have wasted your money.  However, a new pair with warranty - you have peace of mind!
