    Podcasts via BM/BS5

With the new software update "around the corner" there is no mention of any support for Podcasts, which to me a natural expansion of the N-Radio functionality. Does anybody know if there are any plans for the support of this functionality in the B&O roadmap for the BM/BS5 system ?

Interestingly, the FAQ on the BeoSound 5 on the B&O website mentions transferring podcasts to the BeoMaster 5. I haven't tried this, though.

re the FAQ: as a file, I imagine a Podcast is playable.  Why would it be different from a CD track? Size may be an issue, but then I know some recordings where the CD is a track (e.g. my "Phantom of the Opera" recording) and I would hope the BM5/BS5 could handle those. Even my BS2 supports Podcasts Laughing So in general I imagine the support answer would have to be "yes".

I suspect the Original Poster was asking if the BM5/BS5 could subscribe to Podcasts, or automatically fetch them, or browse and fetch ... because if that were the requirement I can well imagine the support answer is "no".

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*
