    Just a quick one... (slightly off topic)

    I just upgraded my membership but had no confirmation - when I clicked submit on the payment page it just took me to the home page. 

    Also, I have had no email confirmation!

    Any idea how I can find out if the upgrade was succesful?

    I would suggest to contact Lee, he will surly help you. I have had nearly similar issues once I decided to upgrade my membership.

    Hi.  I can confirm that for some reason the payment wasn't processed..  Sad

    The payment system is run by HSBC, who guarantee the SSL connection security (hence the 'https" when you pay) not BeoWorld.  I can only guess their payment system is playing silly sausages and recommend you try again later.
