Does something like this exist as a spare part? If not, maybe someone has broken 1400/1500?

No idea what happened to mine. Has high resistance (something >5kΩ) and doesn't really work. Swapped it with a old headphone speaker and now the phone works fine. However, the new speaker is different in size and has questionable sound quality.

I really use this phone, so any help would be most appreciated.
