Hi

I went out to a customer who had above computer I downloaded beoconnect all seemed well put in customers password and ip address of beomemdia 1, however after doing this the b/o icon was dark showing it was connected, when i tried to drag from itunes on to b/o icon nothing happened, I'm presuming that the imac is to old, it the one with the floating swivel screen running tiger, I have informed him to get a newer mac, would everybody say that is correct? any help appreciated
