HELP! I need more radiostations on my Beoplayer!!

    Hi folks!

Anyone out there knows if it is possible in any way to access the full radio-list on Beoplayer when you are using it alone on the pc???

I have no beoport, beomedia, mp3-player or beosound 5.

I just have downloaded Beoplayer on my computer, but I only get 15 different radiostations....what to do??

    lloydern

    Anything but Beo isn't an option...3-32, Overture, DVD1, Beomedia, V8000, lab 4000, 2 x lab 2000, 2 x lab 6000 & lab 11.

it has been years since I used BeoPlayer without a BeoPort

However I am sure I got more than 15 stations !

There is the "trick" of adjusting the quality settings you are happy to live with

(I forget exactly where this is the configuration menu)

Just set the quality bit rate as low as possible, and then see how many radio stations appear

    Good luck !

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

I did already, but still only 15 stations.

Got an answer from B&O customersupport today saying it's not possible without connecting Beosund 2/6, Beomedia or Beosound 5.

Is this really true...no way around??

Hi there, indeed, unlike WMP or Itunes, it is impossible to add radio stations manually in BeoPlayer, or even BeoPort or BeoMaster 5/BeoMedia 1.

BeoPlayer being a free software, you need to upgrade to BeoPort to get access to thousands of radio stations. There is another trick to have more stations with BeoPlayer only, but I will tell you only if you PM me..Wink
