Hello,

since two weeks I can't forward, backward, scan forward my movies and clips.

That happens with the movies played on Beomedia 1 and played with DVD-Player BeoVision 7-40.

The double-arrows to the left / right seems to be without function. But in all other menues etc. they are working fine.

The stupid is, sometimes (very rarely) it works - but mostly not. 

This happens with all our Beo4s, not only with one.

I apprechiate any ideas very much.
