If everything works then £60 is a steal! I paid £50 for mine and not much of it was working. Because of the complexity, repair was something like £130ish, so once shipping and petrol was factored in we are looking at nearly £220.
I say go for it, but don't be surprised if something is not working. It is virtually impossible to find one that is working that has not had some repair at one stage in its life, so approach any unit that is 'working perfectly' with a massive degree of caution!!!
