Is it possible to create a macro to do the following:

1. . .Turn off all B&O (doable with a long press of power button?)

2. . . Trigger a Lutron (non B&O) lighting scene. . .

I guess the question is. . .can you set up macros or "buttons" to control both B&O and 3d party products at the same time?

It should be possible:

Lutron must be added to the zone in Choose Products before this is possible

The at eg the source page for the zone you should create a new button and add the following BeoIR command:
0:000:ALL:STANDBY

Then for safety add a delay for 200ms

From the 3PartyIR you should then add eg Scene1 from the Luton codes.
