I recently have purchased this unit and it has a few issues...one of them is all the keys do not respond to being pressed.  It does, however, show me that the timer is on (little green light).  Is there a code to unlock/lock the keypad?  I read in the manual to undo the timer you must press and hold the mute button, which I can't do.

Ideas?

I think the keypad doesn't work if the system is in the wrong option (could be wrong though as I don't have too much experience with these systems). It should be in option 1, to do this put the system in standby & using a beolink 1000 press "sound" "1" "store" "store"
