Hi,

I have a Beomaster 4500.  The problem that I am having with it is that as I turn up the volume it automatically either rolls the volume back to a lower setting or turns off the Beomaster 4500.  I use RL2000 speakers with it.  I am very frustrated with this as I can never really get the sound up and hear the true potential of the system I have.

Any ideas?

I had this exact problem and it turned out to be a defective tweeter in one of the speakers.

Suggest you check the speakers or the cables for a small short from a strand of wire.
