I don't know if you can use a universal mount.  I have a pair, if you need them.  They may still be available from B&O also.  Let me know if you need a pair.

THanks, I'm trying to put togther a BnO home theatre and I need to mount one center speaker horizontal. How much would you take for them?

    THanks again for the reply.

The CX wall brackets won't allow you to mount them horzontally as they are nothing more than a hook that fits in the hole in the back.

Ya, what he said.  I have not seen anything made to mount them horizontally.  It would need to be just a shelf.  The back of the speaker does not have much to mount to.

Michael's correct, the only real way would be to mount them on some sort of shelf.
