Help needed with in-built Radio on BeoVision 7 32 with BeoTime

Hi there.  I'm a dealer - Bang & Olufsen of Lincoln - and I have a customer who owns a BeoVision 7 32 MK1 with a retro-fit DVBT kit.  The customer doesn't own an ML sound system (he has a century - seperate story).  He listens to the in-built radio on the BeoVision 7 32 quite often by of course pressing EXIT - GREEN - or of course menu then GREEN.  He has added a Beolab 3500 in his bedroom and some BeoVox 1's in the bathroom.  The BeoVox 1's are great and he is very pleased as he can play a CD through the DVD player and still call up radio by pressing the above combo.  He has also bought a BEOTIME and wants it to be able to switch on the in-built Radio source in the morning.  We have encountered some big limitations with the BEOTIME as for a start the numerics only go up to 99 and seemingly we can switch the radio source on directly with it.  Is there any work-around solution such as optioning the panel to start up on Radio first, therefore allowing the BeoTime to switch straight onto radio?  Any help would be great as we are trying to help our customer to sort this.  Of course, final solution is to swap the century for an Ouverture or better but I think he is quite attached to his Century as it was his first B&O purchase.

Re: Help needed with in-built Radio on BeoVision 7 32 with BeoTime

Not possible I`m afraid. You need DTV-RADIO a an alarm source, but it`s not in Beotime. But why not set a timer in BV7´s timer menu. Does work with my BV7-40. Set DTV-RADIO and number as alarm timer source and set the BL3500 to timer on.

Or get the century to the bedroom. Beotime also works with BS Century (my daughter sometimes uses the Beotime as a wake up timer for her Century).

The only workaround I can imagine is a Lintronic box. Set Beotime to Radio as alarm source and the Lintronic box will receive this command and send the needed command(s) to BL3500 - expensive solution.
