it seems like my dealer did not program my remote. How do i do this myself?

I am sorry to hear that your dealer did not programme your Beo5 to your requirements, this would normally be a task they would do.

New Beo5's come with a very basic configuration already loaded, but the dealer would normally configure it to meet your configuration requirements, unless the customer did not want the service.

To programme it yourself will require you to have a copy of the B&O Beo5 Configuration Tool.

I am assuming that your Beo5 is new and from a B&O dealer, is this correct ?

Hoe do i get this tool and how does it connect to the remote- by cable?
