That's no good! :( hope it's not a long term suffering > apparently problems in the sholders are linked to deep emotional stress... or a physical injury!

My shoulder problem is from an injury sustained in a team building exercise in 2000 ...
Only an irritant ... well some days & nights more than that ... but not as bad as a colleague who got written off for some 12 weeks after a team building exercise using go-karts
First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*
Wow, doesn't sound like it was the most productive team building exercise does it, on a physical level anyway!
