Pre-war actually - Master 38K from 1938. There are better pics in this thread. It works, but isn't really useful because of the horrible interference from dozens of switched mode power supplies in the near neighbourghood (and obviously no FM). I fire it up every once in a while to keep the capacitors alive and to admire the warm glow of the dial lighting  If these machines could tell their stories...

Duncan: Friedmett is this your bedroom? I think, but I'm not sure, I see the edge possibly of a bed in there. 
Yes just one room at the moment. Moving soon so I hope to at least get 2 rooms besides a kitchen and bathroom. The 6000 system is in one end by the bed. The 8000 is in the other by the computer. In the middle I have my Beovison LX5500 with a VX7000. Not bad I should say. It's Beolife and I love it.

BL 8000 join the team
when your Black Label begin to taste like juice just take shot or two of Absinthe and
after that quench with some vodka, if you still feel juice like take beer
with grappa !

Your setup looks just beautiful!
Na poslednjoj fotografiji na televizoru stoji "prekrasno", e bas tako deluje tvoj setup. Rekao si da ljubav traje 20 godina, to se i vidi.
Inace jedan veliki pozdrav iz Novog Sada !
On the last photo subtitle on BV8 is "prekrasno" which means magnificent !
I will use a same word for your setup
when your Black Label begin to taste like juice just take shot or two of Absinthe and
after that quench with some vodka, if you still feel juice like take beer
with grappa !

oooooh! the bv8 looks GOOD there. Tried moving the BL8000's back to the level of the screen though?
