I have my beo5 since 2 days and after some test with the config tool my beo5 show only a bleck screen with a white bar in center and now my PC don't recognize it, I would like to know if it possible to reset it ?

try to turn it off and on again (hold the center button till it turns off).

If the configuration is faulty, try to enter the configuration menu: Press and hold the red dot button, than press the center button while still holding the red dot button.
Now choose "default" configuration of the beo 5 and it should work.

Thank for the answer, but i already tried to turn off it or enter in the configuration menu, but no way my beo5 stay black and white ... I will go to see my dealer tomorrow ...
