I apologise to all non-UK Beoworlders for this post, which is totally UK-focused. Just wondered if anyone out there has any first hand experience of the TiscaliTV+ service?

The selection of channels available looks quite good, as do the on-demand and pay-to-view features and the built-in PVR. And it's pretty low cost if you take a Tiscali broadband bundle.

But does TV over the local phone line really work? I know it's not HD but does it match SD quality? Is the service and hardware reliable and straightforward to use?

Any opinions welcomed...
