    Beovision Avant - Tuning Issues

    Gents,

Do you know if or how to manually tune an Avant??

Can it be done manually or do I need a Beo4?

Presently I have a beolink1000 - can this be used to tune the Avant.

Any help/advice/instruction would be most welcome.

    Cheers

BeoLink 1000 ought to work just fine.  Press TV...then use the number keys to 'direct dial', or use the skip-search buttons to go up or down the dial.  There are alo up-down buttons on the Avant itself.

This all assumes that the Avant has been set up properly to begin with of course, and I'll let my EU friends help you there, as the US Avant is a bit different.

    I can't see a problem. Just tried it with a Beolink 1000

    TV
    Menu
    4 (setup)
    1 (Tuning)
    1 (TV)
    enter required frequency
    Voilla!
