    Dead Pixel

Just noticed a dead pixel (always on) on my fairly new BV7-40 mk3. Does anyone else have this? What is the B&O policy regarding this. I thought these screens were selected to be the best possible quality from batches at Samsung. I don't suppose there is any fix is there?

If it's a Mk3 then it's probably still in warranty. Talk to your dealer.

In fact, talk to your dealer any way!

I believe there will be no swap-out for a screen with a dead pixel.  Industry standard is something like 6 dead pixels within an area of an inch to swap out the panel.  That's flat screens for you, nothing to do with B&O.  I think it would have to be a very sympathetic dealer to consider a swap-out - perhaps it could be used as a display model, but then again this has to be sold-on at some point!
