    Remote operation problem with bs overture

    hi all

    bs overture will not respond to to remote commands (boith beo4 and beolink1000) - both remotes control other b&o stuff quite happily - the problem i think is in the overture which will happily work on manual manipulation

    looking for suggestions or is it the service depot?

    You may be in option 0

    Try resetting to option1

    Easiest with BL1000. From STBY press SOUND, 1,STORE

    Red light on Ouverture should blink to confirm acceptance. Remotes should now work
