Is there a way to delete phone book entries? I bought mine used and it came with a bunch of people on it that i don't know or want to call!

I also would like to know what people do when they first pick up the phone. I find that when i go to make a call, my fingers or thumbs accidentally touch the sensitive scroll wheel and automatically bring up a phone book entry or number, so i always have to push the clear button to make sure i don't accidentally call the wrong person.  

What do you guys do? Or is there a way to change the settings to prevent this from happening. I really don't have clumsy thumbs.

Hi Stevo. I think Dot,7.0.0.0.9 OK and then OK will reset your handset. But do be aware that this may wipe off your own numbers too.
Failing that, You can wipe them off individually by Dot 7 then scroll to delete entry.
There should be a little resistance to the thumbwheel.If you can blow it round by mouth, it's a bit too free IMHO.
As for scrolling inadvertantly.............Control yourself, man.
