Hi there...

 My bl 8000's have developed a strange buzzing sound when playing any source. If music is played and the sound is paused, it's really quite noticeable..not to mention annoying.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

I had a similar problem. You could start with checking the cabling and possibly the power connection. Try one speaker at a time to isolate.  My fix was the replacement of the powerlink cable.
