the orginal cd clamper does seem to clamp cd properly, the cd needs to be placed 'further up' in the cd holder to be clamped properly, otherwise cd won't play. this is replaced with a new one and this problem solved. howver, after storing the cd in bc2 for a few days on opening the machine the cd literally jumps out. this was replaced again with the same result; can anybody help?

I have a relatively new BC2, 3 month old. No such issue here.

I guess you have to return one more time, if that doesn't fix it I would ask for a replacement of the head unit.
