I'm in the process of refurbishing a pair of Type K loudspeakers, nearly done, however the values of the crossover resistors appears to have changed.
I managed to make out that one resistor is meant to be 2.2 Ohm, they measure 1.8 ohm in one speaker - so this is probably going short and the one in the other speaker is 2.6 Ohm, no problem I'll replace those.
Main problem is that the other resistors are measuring 8.6 ohm and 9.0 ohm (taking into account the test lead resistance), so I cannot be too sure, and the casings of both are slightly scorched enough for me not to be able to read them.
Anyone know what they should be ?
