Hi all,

I recently bought a Beocom 2000, after taking it home and connecting it all seemd to work fine. However when I call someone of someone calls me I can barely hear them through the handset. Also if put the loudspeaker on the sound remains very faint. I'm suspecting the problem to be something related to the amplification of the sound - but just looking at the circuit board I'm not able to find witch parts are taking care of the amplification.

Does anyone have an idea what parts might be causing this or other suggestions to tackle this problem?
